We are located a 20-minute walk from the city center and 10 minutes from the train station. A mini-market, a bakery, a restaurant, and the best pub in Lorient are all within 100 meters of the apartment. A bus stop is also within 100 meters.

The apartment has a separate bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave/grill oven, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster.
